The goal was improving online presence on major search engines and to achieve page ranking for a select list of targeted keywords and phrases.

The Solution

In order to maximise ROI, the budget addressed Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing.

Before implementing any SEO or SEM strategy, some necessary changes to the website design were made, including alterations that made information for the user more accessible and easier to obtain.

Increasing the loading speed of the website through image optimisation, javascript, CSS and other tools.

With the addition of call to action buttons, for example: the “Live Support” option and “Click to Call”, the viewers trust in the brand was further reinforced. For the consumer, this presents the option to take control and action, while increasing leads for TR Consulting.

A more responsive website structure was adopted in order to improve the overall consumer experience regardless of device size at the point of access to the website.

How we did

TR consulting is a top agency offering a wide range of consulting services to residents of Melbourne Victoria and its suburbs. It has a high turnover and a packed client portfolio.

However, this has not always been the case. In 2013 and after identifying stagnating sales and falling behind competitors offering a similar service, TR Consulting approached One Stop Media with the view to find a way to propel the business into a higher gear of productivity.

On analysing their website, we found that they had a very poor online presence and were missing out on business opportunities. Our professionals identified and outlined an effective plan, along with an optimised SEO strategy that would ensure TR Consulting agency had greater online visibility and had increased to higher rankings on results pages of major search engines.

Our strategy placed TR Consulting in a more accessible place to consumers who were seeking business consultancy services in Melbourne from smartphones and other internet-enabled devices. Our Results

The new TR Consulting website reinforces their brand. The digital strategy has also sustained and supported the website, with new content that is more accessible and with information that is easier to find. Obtaining quotes and updates have made a self-serviced experience for the consumer a reality.

Once loading speed was increased and call to action was introduced, a significant change in the website bounce rate was observed.
